Malzemeler
160 gram toz şeker (1 bardak)
1/2 paket (125gr.) margarin (ben 1 bardaktan 2 parmak eksik sıvı yağ koydum)
1 adet yumurta
1/2 paket vanilya
1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu
Çok az tuz (bir çimdik attım)
250gr. un (2 bardak)
ceviz içi (üzeri için ama ben koymadım )
Parça çikolata
Hazırlanışı
1. Yağı, yumurtayı ve şekeri mikserle çırpın.
2. Kabartma tozu, vanilya ve tuzu ekleyip biraz daha çırpın.
3. Unu ekleyip hamur kıvamına gelene kadar yoğurun.
4. Çikolataları ekleyin.
5. Ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar koparıp yuvarlayın dilerseniz üzerine ceviz parçaları koyun ve fırın tepsisine dizin.
6. Kurabiyeler fırından çıktığında yumuşak olacaktır, soğudukça sertleşir.
